How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password?and enter your email address. You’ll receive a link that opens a secure page where you can choose a new password. The link expires after 1 hour.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account inside the app. Deletion is permanent and removes all your surveys, votes, and personal data within 30 days.
How do I report offensive or inappropriate content?
Tap the … menu on any survey or comment and select Report. Our moderation team reviews all reports, usually within 24 hours.
Why was my survey removed?
Surveys that violate our Terms of Service (hate speech, spam, illegal content, etc.) are removed by our moderation team. If you believe your survey was removed in error, contact us at support@voltoapp.com.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Email support@voltoapp.com with a description of what happened and your device model and iOS/Android version. Screenshots are very helpful.
